4 Deposits

tkk999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tkk999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

The minimum deposit amount on tkk999 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though tkk999 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits are credited to your tkk999 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tkk999 does not charge any fees on deposits. If your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that is outside tkk999's control and will not be reimbursed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from tkk999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tkk999 does not charge withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount that arrives in your mobile wallet.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time requirement. You will need to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of your registered payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tkk999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and are accurate as of the date of publication. tkk999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your tkk999 wallet. tkk999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkk999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud tkk999 or other players, including chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, or use of stolen payment credentials.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tkk999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited.
